Final Guild building upgrades

As the skill tower has been sitting on 9 for the last couple of months it will be the next building to go to 10, followed by the Shop. Thankyou to everyone who has participated in the recent upgrade polls, it's been good to see.

After this latest patch, one rather disturbing feature has come to light...
Dimensions will only be .. reliably available through purchase in the lvl 10 Guild shop. They also deplete extremely quickly. Some people are already out of dimensions and other folks will run out soon.
This is one of the main reasons I am changing my initial opinion on the next build. It will become open to a poll as the previous buildings were. It's for the best.
